A nice sized raised planter, ideal to place close to your kitchen to grow herbs, onions, chives, garlic, shallots and any other common cooking veggies. At least, that’s what I plan to do with it.
Assembly took me about a half hour by myself. I used a power driver as the provided crosshatch screwdriver is close to useless. A pair of pliers to hold the wing nuts are a good idea too as your fingertips will get a bit sore otherwise. I assembled the sides and end caps separately so that they were easier to move and handle. Once that was complete, I then joined the sub-assemblies into a single unit.
Gloves are provided by the manufacturer to protect your hands from the sharp edges. Use them or gloves of your own as yes, some edges where the panels join are sharp! Once assembled, the sharp edges are protected and out of the way. The rim is bonded, so no sharp edges there. A few screws and wing nuts were left over so don’t worry if this happens to you too.
The material is a bit on the thin side. I took off a star as I’m concerned that once I fill it with soil, that the long sides will bow out. To be safe, I’ll stake the sides when I go to fill. A support internally across the middle would be another approach if you want to maintain a cleaner appearance.

The construction feels sturdy and durable for the price, with good-quality metal panels and connectors that hold everything securely once assembled. I would say the thickness is good and I have no concerns with it bowing. One solution is to bury the planter a few inches below the ground or use a river rock or brick border. I haven’t decided on its final spot yet as I’m torn between placing it in one of my greenhouses for controlled growing or filling it with wildflowers under a tree in my backyard but either way, the design will work great for both setups. Assembly was fast and straightforward, taking me about 30 minutes to complete entirely on my own. The instructions are clear, though the included screwdriver isn’t the best tool for the job (it’s a bit small and slips easily), so I switched to my own for smoother progress. The process is mostly monotonous due to the repetitive screwing, but nothing complicated or frustrating. Overall, this is an excellent value raised bed that assembles quickly, looks neat, and should hold up well to regular use. (My apologies for the delayed review as we’ve been buried in snow and I couldn’t find my backyard! 😄🫠) Five stars!

I live in a part of Florida where the soil is sandy and not good for planting vegetables. I have a few herbs and veggies growing in pots but my husband has to mow and weed around them, and put them in the garage during hurricanes. I decided to replace the pots with the Vivagarden Galvanized Raised Garden Bed. It will hopefully make his job easier.
It took me 35 minutes to assemble the Vivagarden bed, including redoing 8 of the nuts and bolts because I put the wing nuts on the wrong side. The kit came with everything needed to assemble the set including a Phillips screwdriver. I’ve assembled a similar raised bed but the Vivagarden was much easier and quicker since it has wing nuts instead of locking nuts. The wing nuts were much easier for me to assemble without cramping up my arthritic hands.
This set has a nice page of assembly instructions and information on who to contact if there is anything wrong such as missing parts. I had 4 extra wing nuts and bolts when I finished so all the parts were there.
I tightened all the wing nuts and bolts by hand. Then I tightened everything with my own rachet screwdriver that was faster and easier to grip than the small screwdriver included. I held the wing nuts in place with a small crescent wrench.
I am going to pick up some weed barrier to place below the planter and dig it into the ground some. If this planter is partially in the ground it should be secure enough to leave in place during wind storms

Se arma fácil, vienen las instrucciones claras, el metal es fino, probablemente no dure toda la vida pero es lindo, de grosor suficiente para flores y hortalizas que planeo plantar. Buen producto!
